What data we process and why
When you visit our website or contact us, we process only the data necessary to display and secure our website, respond to your inquiries, and handle job applications you submit.
The legal bases for processing are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website).
We do not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technologies.
Recipients and transfers
Personal data may be processed by our trusted IT, hosting, and service partners who support the operation of our website and business processes. These service providers act under contractual data-processing agreements in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.
Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) ensure an adequate level of protection.
Data retention
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
- Contact inquiries are deleted once communication is completed.
- Job-application data is retained until the end of the recruitment process and deleted thereafter, unless you have consented to longer storage for future opportunities.
- Technical server logs, maintained by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes, are automatically deleted after a short retention period.
Security measures
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including:
- encrypted (TLS/SSL) data transmission,
- restricted and role-based access controls,
- secure infrastructure and regular updates, and
- staff confidentiality and data-protection awareness.
Adobe fonts
We use Adobe Fonts, a service of Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd., to display consistent typefaces across our website. When you visit our website, your browser connects to Adobe servers to load the required fonts.
In doing so, your IP address and browser information are transmitted to Adobe.
The use of Adobe Fonts is based on our legitimate interest in a consistent and visually appealing presentation of our online presence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Further information is available in Adobe’s privacy notice: https://www.adobe.com/privacy/policies/adobe-fonts.html

- correct inaccurate data (Art. 16),
- request deletion (Art. 17),
- restrict or object to processing (Arts. 18–21), and
- data portability (Art. 20).
If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at) or another competent supervisory authority.
